For what purposes are the Fallen Angels employed? We are told that,

"The work of the Agnishvattas [Fallen Angels]... is to unit the higher three principles - atma, buddhi, manas and the lower three, and thus become in very truth the middle principle in man." (2, p. 681). [They give man the "Higher Mind" (2, p. 614) and thus they work directly upon the human beings "brain."]

Bailey relates exactly how they "benefit" humanity.

"As the Solar Gods descend ever nearer to the physical plane, and their descent assume a steadily increasing control of the lunar nature [lower mind], the thoughts and desires of men are consequently purified and refined.... The Solar Angels blaze forth in all their glory... " (2, p. 951).

[Note that Bailey often uses the term "man" or "men" to mean mankind, male or female.]

These Fallen Angels yield the Ego (2, p. 617) and thereby "redeem humanity" and "endow him with human affections and aspirations." (2, footnote p. 951). Of course, the Fallen Angels, as Scripturally defined, are demonic spirits that can only endow mankind with Scripturally defined evil.

Are the Fallen Angels related to Sanat Kumara? Bailey claims that the Fallen Angels in the form of the greater Builders are related to a specific Christian concept. "From the Christian standpoint, the greater Builders are the Holy spirit,... . " (2, p. 617).

From a Scriptural viewpoint, this may be the most evil correspondence an individual can make, equating the Holy Spirit with demonic spirit beings. But, as will be discussed in another Internet paper, this exceptional evil correspondence is exactly what is being done today within the "psychic" community. In her analogy to electricity, Bailey states that "The greater Builders are the positive aspects... . "(2, p. 612).

Share International
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Share International Foundation is a spiritual movement founded by Benjamin Creme with its main offices in London, Amsterdam, Tokyo and Los Angeles.[1][2][3] The organization has also been referred to as Tara Center, which was a name used for the Los Angeles office for work carried out in the USA.[4]

The organisation believes that a spiritually advanced being named Maitreya the World Teacher has returned to the everyday world and has been living among the Asian community in London since 19 July 1977. They assert that when Maitreya first arrived in London he lived in the Brick Lane area for several years[5][6] before moving to another unspecified location in the city.

Theosophy, Lucis Trust, United Nations Empty Re: Theosophy, Lucis Trust, United Nations

The concept of Maitreya was elaborated within Theosophy during the last few decades of the 19th century. However the Theosophical Maitreya was explained, and developed, differently than the original Buddhist concept. In Theosophical texts Maitreya has multiple aspects signifying not just the future Buddha, but similar concepts from other religious or spiritual traditions.[8]

In early 20th century, leading Theosophists became convinced that an appearance of the Maitreya as a so-called World Teacher was imminent. A South Indian boy, Jiddu Krishnamurti, was thought to be destined as the "vehicle" of the soon-to-manifest Maitreya; however the manifestation did not happen as predicted, and did not fulfil Theosophists' expectations.[9]

Since the growth of the Theosophical movement in the 19th century, and influenced by Theosophy's articulations on the Maitreya, non-Buddhist religious and spiritual movements have adopted and reinterpreted the concept in their doctrines. Share International, which equates Maitreya with the prophesied figures of multiple religious traditions, claims that he is already present in the world, but is preparing to make an open declaration of his presence in the near future. They claim that he is here to inspire mankind to create a new era based on sharing and justice.[10]

In the beginning of the 1930s, the Ascended Master Teachings placed Maitreya in the "Office of World Teacher" until 1956, when he was described as moving on to the "Office of Planetary Buddha" and "Cosmic Christ" in their concept of a Spiritual Hierarchy.

I found this remark on a blog and wondered if we can verify it?

"The Lucis Trust is the Publishing House which prints and disseminates United Nations material."

Evidence, however, of the growth of the human intellect along the needed receptive lines can be seen in the "planning" of the various nations, and in the efforts of the United Nations to formulate a world plan which will eventuate in peace, security and right human relations. It is interesting to note that, from the very start of this unfoldment, three occult factors have governed the development of all these plans: its clearcut significance, unperceived as yet by you, in the setting of a time boundary by the nations who formulate these plans, within whose announced limits certain objectives are presumed to be possible of attainment.

Within the United Nations is the germ and the seed of a great international and meditating, reflective group—a group of thinking and informed men and women in whose hands lies the destiny of humanity. This is largely under the control of many fourth ray disciples, if you could but realise it, and their point of meditative focus is the intuitional or buddhic plane—the plane upon which all hierarchical activity is today to be found.

World Goodwill

An organization founded in 1932 to apply the teachings of former Theosophist Alice A. Bailey (1880-1949) in the social context, specifically to improve human relations in the world. Bailey founded the Arcane School to propagate the theosophical teachings that came through her channelings from the Tibetan Master. World Goodwill extends the work of the Arcane School by mobilizing the constructive power of goodwill in society to dealing with problems throughout the world.

The organization supports the work of the United Nations and is recognized as an accredited nongovernmental organization. As such, it provides advice and assistance to individuals and groups concerned with world service projects. One of its activities has been the formation of triangles, a linkage of individuals who employ constructive thought in a daily meditation of groups of three, invoking "the energies of light and goodwill" in a "network of light."

The energies are visualized as circulating through three points of a triangle, connecting with other triangles. This network carries the "great invocation" or universal prayer, forming "a channel for the downpouring of light and love into the body of humanity."

World Goodwill is associated with Lucis Trust, which is located at 120 Wall St., 24th Fl., New York, NY 10005. It also has subsidiary offices at 3 Whitehall Ct., Ste. 54, London SW1A 2EF, England, and also in Geneva. Website: http://www.lucistrust.org/.

World Goodwill has three main purposes:

  • To help mobilise the energy of goodwill;
  • To cooperate in the work of preparation for the reappearance of the Christ;
  • To educate public opinion on the causes of the major world problems and to help create the thoughtform of solution.

Check out the Share International definition of "Christ"

Jesus of Nazareth and the Christ are not one and the same person. This
is one of the most difficult claims for many Christians to accept in connection with
Maitreya, the World Teacher, and it therefore needs some further explanation.
In fact, the title Christ does not refer
to an individual at all. It is the name of a function in the Hierarchy of Masters of Wisdom,
that group of advanced beings who guide the evolution of humanity from behind the scenes.
Whoever stands at the head of this Hierarchy automatically becomes the World Teacher, known in
the East as the Bodhisattva, during the term of his office.

Maitreya,
who embodies the energy we call the Christ Principle, has held that office for over two
millennia. In Palestine he manifested himself as the Christ to inaugurate the Age of
Pisces, then beginning. The method he used is called spiritual overshadowing, that is, his
consciousness informed and guided the actions and teachings of his disciple Jesus. It was,
therefore, the consciousness of the Christ, Maitreya, which was seen and experienced by
those around Jesus.
And the blasphemys go on and on and on and on.....

These are the people that are leading the meditation sessions at the UN.

4th ray – The energy of Harmony through Conflict. This ray produces beauty and works towards the harmonising of effects. Essentially, it is the refiner, the producer of perfection within the form so that the objective world becomes a true house of Light.

Higher Expression: Masonry, based on formation of hierarchy, and rules for admittance.

Lower Expression: Architectural construction. Modern city planning.

Perhaps the words of Julian of Norwich, the fourteenth-century mystic whose puzzlement over the existence of sin was appeased in the revelation that "All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of thing shall be well". This summarises the essential harmony that in time prevails when conflict has exhausted itself.

So I guess we need conflict to get harmony? No

Is that why we need fourth ray disciplesin the UN?

Ray IV – Few 4th ray souls are in incarnation, but many 4th ray
personalities are. Their major task is to harmonise the new ideas with
the old
, so that there can be no dangerous gap or break. They bring
about a "righteous compromise", and adapt the new and the old
so that
the true pattern is preserved. They participate in the bridging process,
for they are the true intuitives.

Sounds a bit like:

Ordo Ab Chao

A Latin expression,
meaning Order out of Chaos. A motto of the Thirty-third Degree, and
having the same allusion as lug e tenebris, which see in this work. The
invention of this motto is to be attributed to the Supreme Council of
the Ancient and Accepted Scottish petite at Charleston, and it is first
met with in the Patent of Count de Grasse, dated February 1, 1802. When
De Grasse afterward carried the polite over to France and established a
Supreme Council there, he changed the motto, and, according to Lenning,
Ordo ab hoc, Order out of This, was used by him and his Council in all
their documents. If so, it was simply a blunder.

Theosophy, Lucis Trust, United Nations Empty Re: Theosophy, Lucis Trust, United Nations

Prem Rawat and his Public Relations team - which incongruously appears to include the Charitable The Prem Rawat Foundation - can not be accused of lacking ambition. Having set out to repackage Rawat as a 'world authority on peace' they have targeted the most potent international symbol - the UN.

Beginning with the September 2002 event in Bangkok the 'peace' image of the United Nations emblem has been appropriated for the Rawat cause, photographs of Prem Rawat with the UN emblem behind him taken at the Bangkok event have been used frequently in material promoting Rawat. A DVD of Rawat speaking, with the UN emblem prominently featured - Peace Needs to Be Felt (Copyright© 2002-2003, The Prem Rawat Foundation) is marketed by The Prem Rawat Foundation, the packaging of this product features the UN emblem. Such misuse of the UN emblem is prohibited by decision of the UN General Assembly and by Internationally adopted Law.

In 2004 Prem Rawat was able to extend the association of his 'brand' with the United Nations by having an event at which he was to speak, presented under the umbrella of the UNESCO backed Universal Forum of Cultures. The Prem Rawat Foundation Press release sought to associate Rawat with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and United Nations program principles. To drive home Rawat's 'connection' to the UN the release went on to say:

At the United Nations Conference Centre in Bangkok, Thailand, he expressed, "Peace needs to be in everyone’s life. ............................"
