Post by zone on Tue Mar 01, 2011 1:20 pm

Blessings of the Sacred Circle and Judaism

a five-day course offered by Chaplaincy Institute of Arts and Interfaith Ministries to explore the history and practices of Judaism.

(PRWEB) September 19, 2002

Chaplaincy Institute for Arts & Interfaith Ministries presents
Judaism and the Blessings of the Sacred Circle
Music, Discussion, and Celebration
Sept. 25-29 (Special Shabbat Service, 6-9 Sept. 27)
Wesley Hall, 9 Ross Valley Rd., San Rafael
415-453-8521

Healing one's self and the world are at the heart of Judaism, the rootstock of two of the world's other major religions: Christianity and Islam. Its spirit has been kept alive for thousands of years through the arts, music, storytelling, prayer and intellectual pursuits -- elements that have played a central role in preserving the Jewish faith through adversity.

The Chaplaincy Institute for Arts & Interfaith Ministries announces "Introduction to Judaism and the Blessings of the Sacred Circle" a five-day session on the practice of Judaism Sept. 25-29 at Wesley Hall in San Rafael.

Participants will be introduced to the history -- sufferings and celebrations -- of Judaism through storytelling, music, and study of Kabbalah, Judaism's mystical dimension.

Contemporary forms of Judaism will be explored. These include Conservative, Orthodox, Reformed, Hasidic, and Zionist. Each branch differs from the other in the form of ritual observance and tradition, such as food preparation.

Activities will include examination of healing through prayer, chant, and dream work and those in attendance will have an opportunity to explore the Tree of Life and other tools of sacred practice.

The public is also invited to attend the community Shabbat Service 6-9 PM, Sept. 27
This session -- one of many the institute offers in its ordination program -- is appropriate for all levels of interest and can be attended by the general public.
Upcoming class modules include an Introduction to Islam and Sufism (October), and Introduction to Hinduism and the Dark Feminine (November).

The institute focuses on respect and appreciation for the world's major religions and each module represents one or two of these faith traditions. Emphasis is placed upon the spiritual arts, such as dance, music, painting, storytelling, mandalas, and altar-making.

Chaplaincy Institute for Arts and Interfaith Ministries is a Marin-based non-profit organization that serves the entire Bay Area. It is designed to educate, certify, and ordain individuals for creative ministry, chaplaincy, healing, spiritual direction and the sacred arts in schools, healthcare facilities, hospices, correctional facilities, and residential treatment centers.

This educational institution also provides Continuing Education Units for nurses, marriage and family therapists, and licensed clinical social workers.

10 March 2011 | Address by Cardinal Seán Brady at the Abrahamic Religions Dinner in Belfast Castle

PRESS RELEASE

10 March 2011

Address by Cardinal Seán Brady at the Abrahamic Religions Dinner in Belfast Castle

‘The Gospel, the Tanak, the Qur’an are all books of peace’ – Cardinal Brady

■I believe the most urgent challenge for people of faith today is to discern God’s plan for our times. I believe it is only by dialoguing together, by respectfully acknowledging the action of God in our respective traditions that we can offer the world ‘a future and a hope’.
■My hope is that the new Government in the Republic, and after the elections in May the new Executive in the North, that they will give priority to establishing new structures of formal dialogue with and between the major faith traditions on this island.
■I warmly welcome the announcement that Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II has accepted the invitation of President McAleese to visit the Republic of Ireland in the near future.
■The experience of inter-Church dialogue in Ireland has a wider significance for conflicts involving religious as well as historical-political dimensions.
■We should encourage a joint approach from faith and political leaders in Ireland to the United Nations to explore ongoing dialogue between political and religious leaders at international level about the peace and well-being of the whole human family.

Christianity And Islam - Chrislam

Post by zone on Sat Apr 02, 2011 11:56 am

CHRISLAM

Christianity And Islam - Chrislam
July 10, 2009

Ever heard of Chrislam? It is a term being used these days for the union of Christianity and Islam in a brotherhood of faith. In the largest Nigerian City of Lagos, worshippers are being invited to churches for Christians and Moslems in which the lectern holds both the Bible and the Koran, and readings and invocations are given from both. Chrislam! Chrislam in Nigeria is an attempt to break down the walls of hostility between Christianity and Islam. What think ye?

For many years now, Paul Crouch, president and founder of TBN, has presented Christians and Moslems as soul mates, as well as the Holy Bible and the Koran as Volume I and Volume II of the same basic religious orientation. Crouch has stated again and again that Christianity and Islam have more in common than what separates them. Chrislam!

Just recently, Rick Warren, founder and pastor of Saddleback Community Church in Orange County California, addressed the convention of the Islamic Society of North America. Warren stated that Muslims and Christians must work together to combat stereotypes, promote peace and freedom, and solve global problems. Christians and Moslems – faith mates, soul mates and now work mates! Chrislam!

Rejevenation Cube
http://www.toneup.net/rcube.htm

"SOUND ENERGY"
http://www.toneup.net/pinealgland.htm

This is all about opening the THIRD EYE the pineal gland.

Ummm Here:

Cube. the Opening of the Third eye. Self Conciousness. Self awareness. Is the openign of the third eye the Mark of the Beast?

Forhead:

Righ hand:

Cube and the third Eye. Inter changable. Its also the Symbol for the Lotus.

http://mailstar.net/lotus.html (Comentary on the Book)

Also Loutus is called the Flower of Life, where the TREE of life is in the center. This "flower of Life" is also a Cube.
http://www.scribd.com/doc/6423826/Drunvalo-Melchizedek-Ancient-Secret-of-the-Flower-of-Life-Vol2

So..yeah...Cube. "Third Eye" . All Comming through this "Opening up" of doors, and enlightenment. Could the Third eye be the MARK of the Beast?

Its this Emphasis on "enlightenment" ALL stemming from YES, Babylon, Primarily through Kabbalah. But also in EVERY other religion. Islam,Buddism, Hindi. Etc...

Kabballah stems from Zorostrianism. And Zorostrianism is ALSO in Sufi ISLAM. Funny enought there ARE Jesuit priests Who have "converted"(or never were not) to a form of secret Sufi.

They are A Part of The "Samaroung Brother Hood" a clan Kept to preserve The teachigns of Zoroster.

http://books.google.com/books?id=bOkDAAAAMBAJ&pg=PA68&lpg=PA68&dq=jesuit+priests+sufi&source=bl&ots=PaC7zKqZ7_&sig=pYcwHF3H-Ay2Dx4jcOtOZzs9gqo&hl=en&ei=gdmsTeawAdOE0QH0w4yvCw&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=2&ved=0CBwQ6AEwAQ#v=onepage&q=jesuit%20priests%20sufi&f=false

Sarmoung, "Sarman" is double meaning. It means "Bee" and it means "Enlightened ones" (Sar=head Man= persian for herdity...blood line) (Bee...see above on page one...for the BEE conection...Beehive is also a symbol for Peneal Gland)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sarmoung_Brotherhood

"The word can be interpreted in three ways. It is the word for bee, which has always been a symbol of those who collect the precious 'honey' of traditional wisdom and preserve it for further generations. A collection of legends, well known in Armenian and Syrian circles with the title of The Bees, was revised by Mar Salamon, a Nestorian Archimandrite in the thirteenth century. The Bees refers to a mysterious power transmitted from the time of Zoroaster and made manifest in the time of Christ.... Man is Persian meaning as the quality transmitted by heredity and hence a distinguished family or race. It can be the repository of an heirloom or tradition. The word sar means head, both literally and in the sense of principal or chief. The combination sarman would thus mean the chief repository of the tradition." Yet another possibility was "those whose heads have been purified", in other words: the enlightened "
-Geroges Gurdjieff

"The Brotherhood was also sought by Georges Gurdjieff on his journeys."

He called his discipline "The Work" (connoting "work on oneself") according to Gurdjieff's principles and instructions, or (originally) the "Fourth Way". At one point he described his teaching as "esoteric Christianity"
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/G.I._Gurdjieff

The "Fourth Way" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fourth_Way

http://www.mgi-gnosis.org/gnose/samael-aun-weor/en/conferences.html

**I know....this was a mouthfull....And maybe a bit jarbled together...But Yeah...Third eye. It makes sence. Rick warren(who may be Jesuit trained), And people like him, are starting to bring all this stuff HEAVILY into the protestant Church like never before. Its all stemming from this secret religion this zorostrianism/kaballah/gnosis/freemason "Secret".

Can The "Mark of the Beast" be this mass opening of the third eye...Makes sence yes?

Re: Will the "Abrahamic faiths" stay the way they are now?

Post by KingdomSeeker on Thu Apr 21, 2011 2:16 am

How do i see it happening? Well A mass Hypnosis isnt really needed.

Umm theres allready MILLIONS of peopel attempting this as we speak and growing in numbers. IT takes "Self Awareness" its SELF relaization. its getting in contact with your Inner Self. FLESH. haha Its like the antithisis of EVERYTHING Jesus spoke on. We dont deny ourselves to better ourselves. we deny our sleves so GOD can keep us. SELF/FLesh is Antichrist. Annyway.. If you look it up, MANY will say the best way to open the third eye is relax ad nfocus inwardly from your abdomen.(it mirrors the waters flowing from the belly mentioned in the gospels...See SATAN has one of everythign GOD has. except Satans is an ilusion..becasue he truly doesnt have power. HE just has an ability. and HIS ability is Deception, And to get US to reach our SELF empowerment. Which is pure pride...ANTI god. Anyway.

How i think it will happen is to not only continue tying in all religions into one, but letting Athiests realise that there IS a God. Doign that by slowly pulling back veils that where put up. MAINY through self exploration(we have Psychology in a great deal, to thank for this, as well as Comericlaism, and Ameirca, one of the greatest tools ever. "Gods Country" Provided by God....uh huhFocus on a bright light)...ok ANyway.

Its happening as we speak. And the peneal gland can be opened with out JUST meditation and focus.

It can be opened by certain sound frequencies(Cube i mentioned above)(Haarp?) It can be opened by focusing on light(flame...etc) Um, Visualization. Anyway its ALL self relaization.

And it HEAVILY comes from Zorostrianism(Hindi comes from this, buddism does too, Kabballah/talmud, comes from this, Isalm..kinda does..Catholicism..lots of others)

Zarathushtra's is a message about a spirituality that progresses towards self-realization, fulfillment and completeness, as a good creation of a totally good God. It is a message of freedom - freedom to choose, freedom from fear, freedom from guilt, freedom from sin, freedom from stultifying rituals, superstitious practices, fake spirituality and ceremonials. The God of Zarathustra, is not a God of "Thou shalt" and "Thou shall not". God in Zoroastrianism does not care what you wear, what and when you eat or where and when you worship. God instead cares how righteous, progressive and good you are.

  1. God is not about fear guilt and Condemnation.

  2. God is Wisdom Love and Logic.

  3. God does not have favorites and does not discriminate on the basis of nationality, gender, race or class.

  4. God treats humans with dignity and respect.

  5. God is not a slave master, or despot, among his serfs.

  6. God is man's Soul Mate and Partner.

  7. God is not Jealous, Wrathful or Vengeful.

  8. Man is not sinful, fallen or depraved.

  9. God has no opponent and heaven and hell are states of mind and being.

  10. Man was created to progress to likeness and eliminate wrong from the Cosmos in partnership with God.

"Listen to the best things with your ears, reflect upon them with an unbiased mind. Then let each man and women for him or her self choose between the two ways thinking. Awaken to my doctrine, before this great event of choice comes upon you" [Avesta: The Gathas: Song 3:2 (Free Translation)] (Great event of Choice? Does this mean the "...the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth."

Just thoughts...I see MORE AND MORE of Zorostrianism in ALL Religions...and may be the basis for Phariseeism... Anyway. Just some thoughts.

And Again about the peaneal Gland.(once its awakened it needs to be fully opened, adn then harnessed) Focus on a brigt light can open it to...Umm..We ALL Right now...are focused on a bright light...its called a computer. Tv too. Um...If you have noticed ALL screens have been "increasing" on the brightness.

OH and Flouride...Keps it closed. I was thinking FLouride was a bad thing. Um...Well i beleive it was brought IN so it can be taken OUT...i bet we all know the emphasis on "Natural toothpaste" that is gaining an emphasis...STILL focus on SELF....sigh...Well now im just rambling...

Post by KingdomSeeker on Thu Apr 21, 2011 11:13 pm

Hi zone, Sure here:

http://portland.indymedia.org/en/2008/02/372602.shtml

http://www.fluoridealert.org/health/pineal/#summ

An important way to open up the third eye is to gett al ltoxins out of the Body. Go natural. "GREEN".

"THIS IS THE ANTIDOTE TO GET THE FLUORIDE OUT OF THE PINEAL GLAND AND CHELATE THE ALUMINUM, BARIUM, FLUORIDE, CADMIUM, LEAD, ETC OUT OF THE BODY AND RE-MINERALIZE THE BODY WITH ORGANIC MINERALS."
http://forum.prisonplanet.com/index.php?topic=71856.0

(This fourm the guy quotes from this article: http://www.antidepressantsfacts.com/fluoride-pineal.htm )

http://www.redicecreations.com/article.php?id=260

So flouride colects i nthe peneal gland. There is more flouride in that gland then anywhere else. Gettign rid of "Chemicals" going natural, and detoxing the body, and re-mineralizing the body "Decalcifise" the Peneal gland, Opening it up.

Hmm... Well i hope that helps

Re: Will the "Abrahamic faiths" stay the way they are now?

Post by KingdomSeeker on Fri Apr 22, 2011 5:10 am

Ahh...Hmm How about this:

By the new method of yoga devised by the great Yogi, human beings will be able to attain the joy of Moksha within one lifetime. While living ordinary lives people will achieve Yoga – Union with God. In the end all the nations of the world will come together with the feeling of oneness. There will be a great international conference in a big city of the world. The whole of the humanity will understand the importance of prayer and all the nations will unite together. . .

. . .In ancient writings of the Bible and also Gnostic records...the energy now known to many today as Kundalini energy is called by various names such as: Sophia, Life, Mother of the living or Wisdom. This force called Wisdom is likened to a feminine energy, and even a feminine personality ........ named as She and Her. In these writings the words; She...Her ...Wisdom & Holy Spirit are used interchangeably to refer to this feminine aspect of the Divine. Also later known in Christian texts as the Holy Ghost, Comforter, Counsellor and Redeemer.

http://josephalmighty.multiply.com/journal/item/383

Hmm...Holy spirit is femminine...and dormant in my spine? and is a serpent? and needs to resurface so it can open up my third eye? so i can properly get intouch with God? ... ... ...

Here is some more stuff on my "Dormant (m)Other"
http://newsfeed.time.com/2011/03/22/fertility-goddess-asherah-was-gods-wife-edited-out-of-the-bible/

http://www.sacredwind.com/mothermary.php

um... ...SO ok...I know allot of this stuff COULD very well be written by Kooks(i may very well also be a kook )...However, there is no doubt that:

Thrid eye and Mommy dearest has a connection,

And there is no doubt that Mommy is a Serpent.(but im done with the links on that for now)

So this awakening, this third eye opening...is the MARK of someone being Yoked with God completely? This enlightenment that everyone is trying to reach ....This WISDOM worship...KNOWLEDGE worship... its the Serpent.

O here is some more fun stuff.

http://www.kundaliniresearch.org/gnostic.html

The Third Eye

The main participants in this almost unbelievable inner drama, designed to fashion the whole system to a new awareness, beyond the normal limits of consciousness, are the brain, the sexual organs and all the nerves of the body.

It is a process of rebirth in which the whole system develops a new biological function and a supersensory channel of perception, designated in the ancient texts as the Third Eye or Sixth Sense.

"For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil." (Genesis iii, 5)

Abe's Kids

Post by zone on Tue Apr 26, 2011 11:58 am

Abe's Kids

Can a Muslim, Jew and Christian blog together?

Welcome to Abe's Kids! We're still constructing the web site but please bookmark this link and come back soon.

In case you're wondering about our name, It comes from "Abraham's children" which puts us all in the same religious family. But, like many families, we aren't getting along very well these days! My hope is that this blog will become an example of how people can respectfully talk with each other while remaining true to their religious beliefs.

Here is the Wiki section on Abraham's Children:

Abraham "Father/Leader of many", (circa 1900 BCE) is regarded as a patriarch of Israelite religion, recognized by Judaism and later Christianity, and a very important prophet in Islam as well as in the Baha'i Faith. Traditions regarding his life are given in the Book of Genesis and also in the Qur'an.

Judaism, Christianity, and Islam are sometimes referred to as the "Abrahamic religions", because of the role Abraham plays in their holy books and beliefs. In the Hebrew Bible and the Qur'an, Abraham is described as a patriarch blessed by God (the Jewish people called him "Father Abraham"), and promised great things. Jews and Christians consider him father of the people of Israel through his son Isaac; Muslims regard him as the father of the Arabs through his son Ishmael. In Christian belief, Abraham is a model of faith, and his intention to obey God by offering up Isaac is seen as a foreshadowing of God's offering of his son, Jesus. In Islam, Abraham obeyed God by offering up Ishmael and is considered to be one of the most important prophets sent by God. -- Wiki page on Abraham

Re: Will the "Abrahamic faiths" stay the way they are now?

Post by KingdomSeeker on Thu Apr 28, 2011 8:04 am

Hmmm Somthing else about this "mark"

"Revelation 13:18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six."

Ok A man. Now this is somethign i have seen for a while. But A man.

If you go back into Scripture A man who is involved with this number is Solomon.

"1 Kings 10:14 Now the weight of gold that came to Solomon in one year was six hundred threescore and six talents of gold,"

Ok so the maximum amount of Gold that someone Specificaly Solomon, received was 666 talents.

ok theres lots of stuff out there about that. Good.

However...What is the symbol For Gold?

Well in Alchemy, its a circle with a dot in the center...

!!?

CIRCUMPUNCT - CIRCLE with DOT (BINDU) in the center: It represents the sun and a sun god (called Ra in Egypt), gold (as in alchemy), an (unbiblical) archangel (Kabbalah), emotional restraint (Freemasons), and the creative spark of divine consciousness within people linking everyone to the creative mind of a universal "god" thus making each persona "co-creator" (astrology). In the complex symbolic system of Hinduism and Buddhism, the bindu (dot) represents the male force. Together, the circle and the bindu symbolize the spiritual merging of male and female forces. (See Sun Sign and the above explanation for CIRCLE)

So GOLD is Sun, male/female Ambiguous. "THIRD EYE"

Also Gold...is a Lattice faced centered cubic crystal structure...CUBE!!

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cubic_crystal_system

So, Again, 666 is tide into CUBE, third eye. Hmm...

So, Again, 666 is tide into CUBE, third eye. Hmm...

TALMUD: Man in celibacy is in sublime ignorance of what is meant by the words good, hell, joy, blessing, peace and expiation of sin. He is, in fact, not entitled to the dignified name of man. (Genesis Rabba 17) GOSPEL: Jesus replied, 'Not everyone can accept this word, but only those to whom it has been given. For there are eunuchs who were born that way, and there are eunuchs who have been made eunuchs by others- and there are those who choose to live like eunuchs for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. The one who can accept this should accept it.' (Matthew 19:11-12) Continue reading

As always, a collection of Talmud/Gospel comparisons. Right or wrong, agree or disagree, the sheer volume of clear and obvious parallels shows that the quiet Jewish and Gentile Christian scholars who have discovered the clear links between the Talmud and the New Testament in the past have also been silenced for centuries, for far too long. In their memory, the Good News Talmud, Part V. is dedicated.

EXERCISE

Find a time that you can be alone and turn your thoughts and concentration of consciousness toward a point in the center of your head. Think of your head as being a perfect sphere and try to visualize the very center of this sphere. Next, think of a little organ or body that is about the size of the elongation of the soft palate at the back of the throat. Visualize it as having nerves going to and from it in all directions and as being the center of consciousness of your physical and psychic bodies. As you concentrate upon it, put yourself, your thinking self, into that little body as though all of you were in it and thinking from that point. With five minutes of such concentration, several times a week, you will be enlarging its consciousness and awakening it in a manner that you will not realize objectively for some time. Never mind the name of this center or what others have said about it. The name that science has given to it is only man's attempt to label something that he does not thoroughly understand. You might merely think of it as the mind of your psychic self.

The enlargement of this center and others as we go along with the classes will develop intuition, psychic impressions, inner comprehension, and cosmic attunement.

You will soon come to know what was meant by the Master Jesus and by hundreds of mystics of his time and later when they said that the Kingdom of Heaven is within; for you will find that this psychic center is really the Portal or Threshold of the great chamber of the Divine or Cosmic Kingdom. It is worth all of the time and effort required during the next few months to stay on the path to the Portal, the Threshold of the Kingdom.

About Us

Contemplative Outreach is a spiritual network of individuals and small faith communities committed to living the contemplative dimension of the Gospel. The common desire for Divine transformation, primarily expressed through a commitment to a daily Centering Prayer practice, unites our international, interdenominational community.
Today, Contemplative Outreach annually serves over 40,000 people; supports over 120 active contemplative chapters in 39 countries; supports over 800 prayer groups; teaches over 15,000 people the practice of Centering Prayer and other contemplative practices through locally-hosted workshops; and provides training and resources to local chapters and volunteers. We also publish and distribute the wisdom teachings of Fr. Thomas Keating and other resources that support the contemplative life.

Ooo And look what "This Centering" contemplative prayer website's symbol is:

CIRCLE (Quartered): The sacred circle filled with a cross, four equal lines pointing from the center to the spirits of the north, east, south, and west -- or to the basic element: earth, water, air (or wind), and fire. In Native American traditions, it forms the basic pattern of the MEDICINE WHEELand plays a vital part in major spiritual rituals. Many contemporary pagans consider it their main symbol for transmitting the energy of the goddess. (See sun wheel) Churches have used variations of the same popular shape, usually calling it theCeltic Cross.

"Many contemprary pagans consider it their main symbol for transmitting the energy of the goddess."

Woot!!

Ummm Names? I havent really dugg into specifics like that yet. I DO se that "Chrsitan Schools/colleges/universities Have yoga classes. (theres a few of them...look into it...i only did a small peer..)

Oh AND theres allot of "Christ-centered Yoga" (whatever the heck that means) poping up all over.

YawehYoga...Etc...Here:

http://yahwehyoga.com/

http://www.newdayyoga.com/

There's ALLOT more out there..this is just like a sample box...There's even "Christian Yoga magazine"
http://christianyogamagazine.com/yoga-and-catholicism/christians-today-practice-yoga-because-they-need-it/

" First of all, as St. Paul told the Romans in his letter to them, Christians embrace and celebrate all that is good and true in other religions. They always have. The fact that yoga, Zen, Aikido, and other Eastern spiritual disciplines arose within non-Christian contexts does not automatically disqualify them for sincere Christians"

Where did paul ever say that?

Ooooo, and "How cute is this!!" Christian YogaFor the little ones!! so we can tap them into Christ conciousness at an early age!

My goodness just look at this.

It's so far from Jesus its not even funny. They are literally prostrating themselves and worshipping......a bloke.

Anyway Rob....we dont know how all this is gonna flesh out. We only know there will be deception of a great magnitude coming up. This latest rhetoric looks like a possible Christo-Muslim doubleteam against talmudism. Maybe it could unleash a worldwide backlash against Judaism? Then suddenly a discovery of an ark of the covenant or similar wonderous event to legitamize Judaism and usher forth the solution of a false Jewish Messiah?

Sheesh...your guess as good as mine. Stay on yer toes bud.

I don't think the pope will be the anti-christ. A pope may be the false prophet. But i believe the anti-christ will be someone more acceptable to the jews then a catholic pope.

I just cannot see jews accepting a catholic pope as the Messiah.
