During the 1990s, Monsanto declared itself a ‘life sciences’ company, spinning off its chemical and fibers operations. After yet another reorganization in 2002, it presented itself as an ‘agricultural’ company. While its PR machine positions Monsanto as a leader in the fight against world hunger, the simple fact is that it’s all about profits. It’s not like Monsanto is donating genetically modified seeds to combat world hunger. In fact, just the opposite is true. Monsanto knows that if it it owns the seed market, it essentially controls the food supply. To that end, it has spent the last decade buying up over 50 GM and traditional seed companies around the globe. It squeezes its farmers for everything it can get, and it protects its patents with a ruthless pattern of litigation.
How did Monsanto get where it is?
How did a company that manufactured Agent Orange (used as a defoliant during the Vietnam war), PCBs and dioxin, and left in its wake 50 known Superfund sites, come to control 90% of the world’s GM seed market? The short answer is that it has always had more than enough help from the U.S. Government. In 2006, Monsanto donated $106,500 to federal candidates with 32% going to the Democrats and 68% to Republicans. While this number may seem insignificant, it’s the approximately $4 million it spent on lobbying that helps them curry favor with the government.
Monsanto, more than any other U.S. Company, is a master at using the government’s unethical ‘revolving door’ policy. In 1991, Michael Taylor, was appointed deputy commissioner of the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA). He had previously been an attorney at Monsanto. While in his government position, Taylor made key decisions that allowed the government to approve GE crops without proper testing and consumer labeling, in spite of the fact that there were (and still are) serious concerns about their safety. Taylor then returned to Monsanto to work in ‘long range planning.’ He is just one of the many Monsanto employees who have conveniently found their way into government positions, and then returned to the private sector after accomplishing their tasks.
Because Monsanto successfully prevented labeling of food packages, consumers do not know that 60-70% of the food on store shelves, including cereals, snack foods, and even baby foods, contain some type of genetically-modified ingredients. These ingredients also frequently turn up in animal feed. How safe are they? Because they were never appropriately tested, nobody really knows. Some of the potential problems include introduction of allergens and toxins into foods, antibiotic resistance, accidentally changing the nutrient content of crops and the creation of ‘superweeds’ and other environmental risks. Of these potential risks, allergens and toxins are the most dangerous.
While responsibility for regulation falls to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the FDA. However, industry experts say that the green light is given mostly by the companies developing the technology. It is no surprise, then, that Monsanto owns 90% of the domestic genetically-modified seed market. (The rest is split among other companies, including Dow Chemical and Syngenta AG.) The FDA has a unique policy for determining the safety of GM foods: Genetically-modified foods simply need to be ‘substantially equivalent’ to non-modified foods. This is hardly a scientific approach.

The Ground-Wave Emergency Network (GWEN) is a communications system that the military is in the process of constructing as we speak. It operates in the very-low-frequency (VLF) range, with transmissions between 150 and 175 kHz. This range was selected because its signals travel by means of waves that have a tendency to hug the ground rather than by radiating into the atmosphere. This signal drops off sharply with distance - a single GWEN stations transmits in a 360 circle to a distance of 250 to 300 miles. The entire GWEN system consists of approximately 300 such stations spread across the United States, each with a tower 300-500 feet high. The stations are from 200 to 250 miles apart, so that a signal can go from coast to coast from one station to another. When the system is completed around 1993, the entire civilian population of the United States will be exposed to the GWEN Transmissions. Read Appendix 4 and then re-read this section.
I. APPLICATION OF MILITARY FREQUENCY WEAPONRY
According to a 1982 Air Force review of biotechnology, ELF has a number of potential military uses, including "dealing with terrorist groups, crowd control, controlling breaches of security at military installations, and antipersonnel techniques in tactical warfare." The same report states:
"Electromagnetic systems would be used to produce mild to severe physiological disruption or perceptual dis- tortion or disorientation. They are silent, and counter- measures to them may be difficult to develop."
Between 1980 and 1984 I was in England, and I got to see some illustrations of how some of this technology actually works. During this period, there were a lot of protests, sit-ins and demonstrations by Greenpeace and many other groups against the deployment of Cruise missiles, especially at Greenham Common, which was south of where I was located. In 1983 and 1984 there was a very large presence of military police at the base when the Cruise missiles arrived. Around mid-1984 this presence diminished considerably, and some of the protesters who were outside the base started claiming that they were being irradiated from the base because of physical problems they were unable to link to any other source. This was reported in Electronics Todsy magazine in 1985. The symptoms ranged from skin burns to headaches, drowsiness, menstrual bleeding at abnormal times, bouts of temporary paralysis, faulty speech coordination, and in one case circulatory failure severe enough to require hospitalization. Such a complex series of symptoms fits well with severe EM field exposure. The Ministry Of Defence (MOD) denied that any harmful electromagnetic signal was being used against the women, but did not deny that an electromagnetic signal may be in use which, if below lOmW/cm2, would not, under UK guidelines, be officially acknowledged as harmful. In other words, they lied.

The project would also allow better communications with submarines and manipulation of global weather patterns, but it is also possible to do the reverse, to disrupt communications. By manipulating the ionosphere one could block global communications while transmitting one’s own. Another application is earth-penetrating, tomography, x-raying the earth several kilometres deep, to detect oil and gas fields, or underground military facilities. Over-the-horizon radar is another application, looking round the curvature of the earth for in-coming objects.
From the 1950s the USA conducted explosions of nuclear material in the Van Allen Belts(24) to investigate the effect of the electro-magnetic pulse generated by nuclear weapon explosions at these heights on radio communications and the operation of radar.
This created new magnetic radiation belts which covered nearly the whole earth. The electrons travelled along magnetic lines of force and created an artificial Aurora Borealis above the North Pole. These military tests are liable to disrupt the Van Allen belt for a long period. The earth’s magnetic field could be disrupted over large areas, which would obstruct radio communications. According to US scientists it could take hundreds of years for the Van Allen belt to return to normal.
HAARP could result in changes in weather patterns. It could also influence whole ecosystems, especially in the sensitive Antarctic regions.
Another damaging consequence of HAARP is the occurrence of holes in the ionosphere caused by the powerful radio beams. The ionosphere protects us from incoming cosmic radiation. The hope is that the holes will fill again, but our experience of change in the ozone layer points in the other direction. This means substantial holes in the ionosphere that protects us.
With its far-reaching impact on the environment HAARP is a matter of global concern and we have to ask whether its advantages really outweigh the risks. The environmental impact and the ethical aspect must be closely examined before any further research and testing takes place. HAARP is a project of which the public is almost completely unaware, and this needs to be remedied.
HAARP has links with 50 years of intensive space research for military purposes, including the Star Wars project, to control the upper atmosphere and communications. This kind of research has to be regarded as a serious threat to the environment, with an incalculable impact on human life. Even now nobody knows what impact HAARP may have. We have to beat down the wall of secrecy around military research, and set up the right to openness and democratic scrutiny of military research projects, and parliamentary control.
A series of international treaties and conventions (the Convention on the prohibition of military or any other hostile use of environmental modification techniques, the Antarctic Treaty, the Treaty on principles governing the activities of states in the exploration and use of outer space including the moon and other celestial bodies, and the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea) casts considerable doubt on HAARP on legal as well as humanitarian and political grounds. The Antarctic Treaty lays down that the Antarctic may be used exclusively for peaceful purposes.
(25) This would mean that HAARP is a breach of international law. All the implications of the new weapons systems should be examined by independent international bodies. Further international agreements should be sought to protect the environment from unnecessary destruction in war.”

There are common sense alternatives to using explosives to break the Birds
Point-New Madrid levee. The Army Corp of Engineers would only need to move
in some heavy equipment with extension arms, and pull a narrow trench
through the levee, and the whole thing would go. So why is the US
military preparing to detonate 250 tons of explosives?
In 2006, shortly after Hurricane Katrina, I posted a report on the planned
destruction of the United States. Section IV of this report projected a
major earthquake on the New Madrid seismic zone triggered by the U.S.

This earthquake now seems imminent. The previous New Madrid earthquakes
occurred when that area was relatively unpopulated. Another earthquake
will wipe out a sizeable portion of the population of the U.S.
We believe the recent super storms across the central states have been
engineered by H.A.A.R.P., the U.S. military program which has the
capability to create hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, tsunamis,
volcanoes and other destructive events to use as weapons to destroy large
populations throughout the world. Detonating explosives over the New

National Level Excercises (NLE) in preparation for an earthquake.
The mainstream news is not reporting the serious danger of a major
earthquake on the New Madrid. YouTube videos on the subject seem to be

Who knows about HAARP having these Digisonde Triangulation Measurement Sensor Stations? One is in each: Gilbertsville, KY, Beebe, AR & LaBarre, LA....all three were mass killsites of birds recently. HAARP is aimed at the approximate locations of these Sensor Stations or receivers, then fine-tuned to insure the energy field is precisely on target. This triangulation of stations is placed at 120 degrees in an Isosceles Triangle. The epicenter is then in the center of the long line of the furthest points and is where the auroral ionospheric energy will be at maximum during HAARP transmission.
This focus point is in this key position of the sensor stations in the aforementioned towns in KY, AR & LA and happens to be on the New Madrid Fault Line! Ten major natural gas pipelines and underground nuclear facilities along that fault line would rupture and disrupt service to hundreds of thousands of people, as well as cause massive radiation to the area. Oak Ridge Laboratory in Tennessee has sealed off rooms of radioactive equipment that were meant to never be opened again.

The date this was done on the second video was back in early feb when the birds all died and small quakes were occuring along the madrid fault line, and fish had been killed and this was truly relevant to that event and he does a great job showing and tying that event in with Haarp. Further, though he showed us the small quakes and shows within the zone where they are occurring and the shows us at exactly same time that Haarp can be tracked by their signature in the clouds.
