PEOPLE ! Let's help stop a possible false flag attack! Spread this truth!! A lawsuit against Angela Merkel, Chancellor of Germany was filed by attorney, Torsten van Geest on May 31, 2011. This lawsuit alleges that Merkel possesses knowledge of a possible false flag attack or mega-ritual event on Berlin's Olympic Stadium during the opening day of the Women's World Soccer Championship Games on 6/26/2011 and that she has not performed her primary duty of providing adequate protection to Germany and it's citizens.

The first part of the lawsuit attempts to establish a pattern thru thorough investigation and exposes what led up to the attacks on 9/11, how "movies", television, and music foretold the attack via hidden messages, the probable agenda, the likely culprits, information regarding the "drills" which "coincidentally" mimicked the attacks, and much more.

It is of great concern that this same media is now foretelling of an attack on Berlin's Olympic Stadium, on June 26th, 2011, the opening day of these games. ( FYI: Germany will be playing Canada.) It is noteworthy that Merkel made a televised New Year's speech and quite oddly, chose that time to talk specifically about opening day of the Women's World Soccer Championship Games. Also, it is now known that an Anti-terror training/drill has been scheduled to occur on the same day in Berlin.

The lack of response to the attacks on 9/11 and 7/7 was later portrayed by the media as incompetence and/or unpreparedness. This has been used as justification by Governments for ushering in new laws for the purpose of bringing about police-state like security system(s). This is evidenced by loss of liberties and freedom for the people of both USA and Great Britain and other countries around the world. It is conceivable that WW3 could be an outcome if a false flag attack occurs in Berlin during these games, and probably "IRAN will be blamed.

When I saw this information (provided in the links below) for the first time, I immediately thought about last summer when for FIRST TIME EVER almost everybody in the USA seemed to be watching the World Cup. At that time, I thought this might turn out to be significant, somehow. Then, I saw that the false flag threat is being directed at the women's games, and thought this might be even MORE significant, "ritually speaking". Please, take a few minutes and look over the information, and if you agree that this is something the people of the world might ought to be concerned and/or know about, then, make your best effort to pass it along so that it is as widely known as possible. It may be the only thing that we can do on order to help stave off an attack.

Many indications and warnings point to a possible terror attack in Berlin on 26.06.2011 during the opening ceremony of the Women's World Soccer Championship. Similar indications and warnings were known before the September 11, 2001 attacks in the United States but were not acted upon. This time, such indications and warnings should be publicized in advance in order to mobilize public awareness and support to help prevent this possible attack.

Attorney Torsten van Geest has submitted a "provisional order" --- similar to a request for a temporary restraining order (TRO) in US legal practice -- a legal instrument used to establish preliminary rulings in a court case --- documenting specific indications and warnings to force the German government and those responsible for security in Berlin to take these warnings seriously and act accordingly upon them. The order also contains extensive background material about foreknowledge of the September 11, 2001 attacks which, had it been taken seriously at the time, may have prevented the tragedies.

The order provides comprehensive material over 405 pages that explains how, throughout modern history, secret-service operatives from many nations have conducted so-called "false-flag" terror attacks that have been blamed on specific ethnic groups or countries in order to create chaos, to create enmity between peoples, and to advance a concrete world domination agenda generally referred to as the New World Order. This new-world-order agenda seeks to concentrate power in the hands of a few unseen, unknown elite organizations that are actively undermining true democracy and freedom worldwide. The order will force the German government and security representatives to act upon the warnings and prevent another large-scale tragedy from happening.

a) to inform the public prior to 26.6.2011, using the appropriate instruments, such as television interviews or speeches about the danger of "false-flag" state-terror attacks as well as

b) to warn, in the course of her meetings with members of the following networks

aa) "the Bilderbergs"

bb) "the Atlantic Bridge"

about the possible false-flag nuclear attack in Berlin on 26.6.2011 and to make unequivocally clear to them that with respect to the actions that the attack is intended to produce:

(1) acts of war against other nations or religious groups or ethnic groups, who will be framed as being responsible for the attack, as well as

(2) restriction of civil liberties

that she as Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany will not support these actions.

2. The defendant to 2.) is compelled to,

a) immediately create a special Berlin police operations unit that has no ties whatsoever to any secret service organization, and that is mandated and equipped to discover and prevent a nuclear or conventional terror attack on German soil in conjunction with the women's world soccer championship in Berlin especially on 26.06.2011, inasmuch as it

aa) puts persons, who are members of a foreign secret service organization, the NATO terror organization "Gladio" or other state terrorist organized nations and networks suspected of carrying out the targeted murderer of civilians as part of their mandate under 24 hour surveillance starting immediately and continuing until the end of the women's world soccer championship.

bb) monitors the Berlin Olympic Stadium with respect to conventional explosives as well as those utilizing ionizing radiation and to prevent any such explosives from being used anywhere near the stadium.

cc) ensures, that no conventional or nuclear attacks over land, by water (using the Spree or other water bodies), or through the air can reach the Berlin Olympic Stadium on 26.06.2011.

dd) prevents the possibility of subterranean explosions targeting the natural gas storage facility located under the stadium as well as its access points that are operated by the energy utility company GASAG by implementing round-the-clock surveillance.

ee) examines and tests all materials and tools that will be used during the opening ceremonies using all possible methods with respect to their use as weapons in the sense indicated above ;

b) forbids drills - conventional or nuclear - simulating terror attacks on 26.06.2011 for the entire duration of the game day and to forbid corresponding terror drills being conducted by other federal states or nations in the territory of the state of Berlin as a police prevention measure because in historical false flag attacks, simultaneously conducted drills made it difficult or impossible to distinguish between the drill and the real attack.

Statement of Reasons/Justification:

The petitioner lives and works in Essen in Nordrhein-Westfalen. The defendant to 1.) is Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, the defendant to 2.) Is Minister of the Interior of the Federal State of Berlin in the Federal Republic of Germany. The object of this, unfortunately rather comprehensive (due to the complexity of this matter), motion for order is the concrete danger of an attack, planned by foreign secret service operatives, on the Berlin Olympic Stadium on the occasion of the opening ceremonies on 26.06.11, whose goal it is to position this attack as another act of Islamic terrorists and to use this to cause the people of the nations affected by the attack to accept additional measures in the international "war on terror."

The existence of the general danger of an attack has already been admitted by the defendant to 2). Not only the media, but also all politicians, including the defendant, in their public statements, point exclusively to Islamic terrorism and in particular to the as Al Qaeda designated terror network as the only possible perpetrators of an imminent terror attack in Europe and specifically on German soil. As will be shown within the context of this motion, well-known politicians, including the former Chancellor Helmut Schmidt and several presidents of the United States of America have explicitly stated that the greatest danger of terrorist activities originate not with Islamic operators, but rather from the terrorism perpetrated by the state itself or through terrorist networks that the state controls, so-called

State Terrorism

especially from (foreign) secret-service false-flag attacks, which are choreographed to motivate the general populace to accept certain political reactions ranging from restrictive laws all the way up to acts of war, which they would otherwise not accept, except under the duress of such acts of violence, that they may even demand such measures as the solutions to the very problems created by the state itself!

Helmut Schmidt put it this way in an Interview in the famous publication "Die Zeit" on 30.8.2007:

ZEIT: Was there a special form of terrorism in Germany through Baader, Meinhof and the others? Schmidt: I suspect that all terrorism, regardless whether it is the German RAF, the Italian Brigate Rosse, the French, the Irish, the Spaniards or Arabians is similar in its contempt for human life. But they all are dwarfed by certain forms of state terrorism.

ZEIT: Are you serious? Who do you mean? Schmidt: Let's leave it at that. But I really mean what I say.

His assessment of the situation is especially meaningful, not only because of his many-year chancellorship of the Federal Republic of Germany, but also because of his contacts to almost all of the world's important political figures as well as well-known persons belonging to the powerful networks listed in paragraph 1b) that endured long after his chancellorship.

But there were also other top politicians who articulated similar and even more-explicit warnings about the dangers of the fascist developments promoted by real, existent, anti-democratic conspiracies perpetrated by elite power groups .

and the most emphatic warning of all came from John F. Kennedy, later murdered, who warned of a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy in an almost desperate tone as he appealed to American media representatives. I will quote this in almost its entirety at another place at the end of Part III.

From the very resourceful self-styled 'Me' in comments, the story comes in that the German blogosphere is buzzing with rumours of an impending false flag attack on Berlin, coming on June 26th 2011. It is so obvious and well-known about that they will surely have to call it off - or was it just a scare anyway? NASA has warned its employees to be prepared for terror events.

Politaia.org, a german alternative media blog, wrote an article about the german lawyer Torsten van Geest who passed in an action for provisional injunction against Angela Merkel, Chancellor of Germany, to force her to inform the public about the planned false flag nuclear attack on the opening of the2011 Women’s Soccer World Cup in Berlin, Germany. This possible attack is debuted for some time among truthers in Germany, similar to the New Madrid rumors in the states.
The 400 page long charge details out how 9/11 was an inside job and thatBilderberg and other New World Order/Illuminati organizations are working on a next false flag operation for Germany and that Mrs. Merkel might know of it as she attained the elitist’s Bilderberg meeting before. Steven Black, an Austrian blogger who I trust one hundred percent, checked back and wrote Mr. van Geest to see if the charge was just another hoax. The answer was short and clear (translated):

Are Hacker Attacks False Flag Attacks to Justify a Crackdown on the Internet?

I noted in 2009:

Former Counter Terrorism Czar Richard Clarke told a leading expert on internet free speech, Stanford law professor Lawrence Lessig, that there was going to be an "i-9/11", in other words, an electronic terrorist act, and an "i-Patriot Act" to crack down on freedoms on the Internet under the guise of protecting against such threats:
There’s going to be an i-9/11 event. Which doesn’t necessarily mean an Al Qaeda attack, it means an event where the instability or the insecurity of the internet becomes manifest during a malicious event which then inspires the government into a response. You’ve got to remember that after 9/11 the government drew up the Patriot Act within 20 days and it was passed.
The Patriot Act is huge and I remember someone asking a Justice Department official how did they write such a large statute so quickly, and of course the answer was that it has been sitting in the drawers of the Justice Department for the last 20 years waiting for the event where they would pull it out.
Of course, the Patriot Act is filled with all sorts of insanity about changing the way civil rights are protected, or not protected in this instance. So I was having dinner with Richard Clarke and I asked him if there is an equivalent, is there an i-Patriot Act just sitting waiting for some substantial event as an excuse to radically change the way the internet works. He said “of course there is”.

We may have just had our i-911.
Specifically, the government is claiming that hackers defaced army and Nato websites, writing things like:
"Stop attacks u israel and usa ! you cursed nations ! one day muslims will clean the world from you ! "
This sounds a lot like the notes which were sent with the killer anthrax.
If we did just have our i-911, watch out for military spokesmen, politicians and talking heads pushing for an i-Patriot Act . . . as a way to crush free speech on the web.

LulzSec is the hacker group which took down the CIA's website, the Senate website, as well as Sony and other websites.
LulzSec hasn't demanded democracy, freedom, justice or any other worthy goals. They are just attacking websites.
As CBS News quotes previous Lulz statements:

"This is the lulz lizard era, where we do things just because we find it entertaining. Watching someone's Facebook picture turn into a penis and seeing their sister's shocked response is priceless. Receiving angry emails from the man you just sent 10 dildos to because he can't secure his Amazon password is priceless. You find it funny to watch havoc unfold, and we find it funny to cause it. We release personal data so that equally evil people can entertain us with what they do with it."
Nothing even remotely political about that statement, which fits with the group's previous statements about its myriad exploits. Could it be that we're simply dealing with a group of merry pranksters with a particular delight in making cyber-life miserable for the rest of us?

Nobody really knows who LulzSec is. It is, however, rather suspicious that the group has increased its hacking activities during a period when a number of cybersecurity bills are marching through Congress.

The i-Patriot Act is waiting to be passed. See this and this. Lulzsec's shenanigans may be used as the justification to pass it.

Note: I still can't tell what the motives of the other main hacker group - Anonymous - are. They talk about freedom, justice, and empowerment. But this video raises a number of red flags for me (for example, why are people being encouraged to register on a specific website?), and I can't yet tell whether they are trying to empower people or sabotage them.

Concerned Citizens For Nuclear Safety, an anti nuclear watchdog group, has reported that over 30,000 barrels of plutonium contaminated waste is being stored in tents ABOVE ground near the Los Alamos National Laboratory.
These barrels may be in danger due to a massive fire that has been quoted as, “entirely uncontained and highly unpredictable.”
“The weather forecast for Los Alamos predicts the wind through Tuesday afternoon will be from the southeast, then switching from the southwest at 11-18 mph with minimum humidities in the lower teens. This could encourage the fire to move closer to Los Alamos,” reported Wildfiretoday.com.
This is absolutely critical information that was given a paragraph in the corporate controlled media.
Government officials have been quick to claim that the situation does not pose a risk to public health and while we all hope they are right, it is the job of the press to MAKE SURE.
NBC Nightly news was one of the few newscasts to cover the fact that THREE nuclear power plants are currently in danger in the United States!
KOAT.com has reported that a small fire was put out at the Los Alamos National Laboratory and that all radioactive materials are safe.

A small fire has been contained at Los Alamos National Laboratory, which is closed. The 1-acre fire was reported in Water Canyon within Lab’s Technical Area 49. The Lab will remain closed on Tuesday as well.
“I have talked to the director of the laboratory. He’s assured me that all of the materials of a hazardous nature or a radioactive nature are all well controlled and are not in danger and not threatened,” Sen. Jeff Bingaman said.

That’s right, officials have assured the public that all radioactive materials are controlled and safe yet the weather and fire have been openly labeled highly unpredictable?
The Huffington Post also covered the very real dangers and noted that several metric tons of plutonium and other hazards are currently on site.

Meanwhile, a wildland fire near the Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico — a massive research facility that is home to several metric tons of plutonium and numerous other hazardous and volatile materials — had inched to within just over a mile of the southern edge of that facility’s boundary.

Of greatest concern at Los Alamos is a part of that facility called Technical Area 55 (TA-55), which includes Plutonium Facility 4 (PF-4). Peter Stockton, a senior investigator with the Project on Government Oversight, said a fire at PF-44 would be “a fucking disaster” that could result in large and lethal releases of radiation. He noted, too, that the Los Alamos facility has had problems with its internal fire suppression systems in the past.
But Roark said that those problems, which have been addressed, involved fire threats inside the building, and that they were unrelated to an approaching wildland fire. He also pointed to the Cerro Grande fire of 2000 — a massive New Mexico wildfire that ultimately breached the facility’s boundary, burning some 7,000 acres of laboratory property and damaging several buildings.
Even in that instance, Roark said, critical buildings containing nuclear material remained safe.

Nuclear Watch New Mexico has reported, in detail, the dangers that a fire poses to the Los Alamos National Laboratory.

We are not so concerned about the hardened facilities at the Lab constructed of concrete and cleared of combustible materials (i.e., trees and brush) around their perimeters. We doubt that there would be any breech to their containment that would let contaminants escape (with one caveat below). But we do have concerns. One is the fact that over 6 decades the Lab has blown up a lot of uranium and depleted uranium in dynamic high explosives experiments in the general area in front of the fire. We don’t know to what extent the shrapnel or debris has been cleaned up and could possibly be aerosolized.
Another concern, given both the velocity and ferocity of the Las Conchas Fire, is whether any Lab facilities loose their power and back up generators failed to work for whatever reason. In that case containment systems could fail with unknown safety implications.
But our biggest concern is whether the fire could reach the fabric buildings (essentially very large tents) at Technical Area-54’s Area G that store some 20,000 barrels of plutonium-contaminated wastes from nuclear weapons research and production. We recommend that the public use satellite-based fire detection data and fire intelligence information published by the US Forest Service to monitor the situation (see related post for instructions on how use it). From that we can “see” that the leading edge of the fire is a little more than three miles from Area G.

Indiana prosecutor told Wisconsin governor to stage ‘false flag’ operation

An Indiana prosecutor and Republican activist has resigned after emails show he suggested Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker stage a fake attack on himself to discredit unions protesting his budget repair bill.
The Republican governor signed a bill on March 11 that eliminates most union rights for public employees.
In an email from February 19, Indiana deputy prosecutor Carlos F. Lam told Walker the situation presented "a good opportunity for what’s called a ‘false flag’ operation."

Friday we published the introduction of our 2011 Summer False Flag Forecast, a short explanation of what we are writing and why we are writing it. This ominous story line has been under development since the Chicago FBI announced in late March that it had received nuclear terror threats. After the reported bin Laden death the nuclear menace was renewed with reports that Al Qaeda was planning a nuclear revenge attack.

In the background many federal agencies and military units are rehearsing weapons of mass destruction attacks, including mass casualties, mass deaths and mass burials. In mid-May it was National Level Exercise 2011 (NLE 11); in early June it was Red Dragon; last week it was Point Defender; and this week it will be Eagle Horizon, in which thousands of emergency officials will react to a simulated U.S. nuclear terror attack.

The U.S. is at high risk of a nuclear false flag attack this summer, and the most likely targets are those which have been set up for attacks in the past. WEDNESDAY, 6/22/11 — The often unspoken and officially unspeakable fear overhanging Europe this summer is that Israel will carry out a new 9/11 attack against it. The announcement last month that Interpol had created a nuclear terror unit inspired more fear than faith.

London intelligence insiders, speaking on condition of anonymity, inform us that Mossad is planning a false flag operation against the city’s new Olympic stadium for mid-August. August 12 is a day to mark, they say, since it will be one year before the 8/12/2012 opening of the London Summer Olympics. They add that young Pakistanis living in the poorest parts of London will be blamed, and that Scotland Yard has already prepared a long list of suitable suspects.

Like all good false flag plans, this one offers prizes to perpetrators, bounties to betrayers and fodder to fascists — all necessary to keep the cabal in cahoots. Global military operations were certainly in action on both days. They included options for false flag attacks against Chicago, Houston and Portland as provocations for pulling the U.S. deeper into the quicksand war in the Middle East, probably beginning with an attack against Iran.

The Dover-Calais Passage: ICTS is the Israeli security company involved in both 9/11 and 7/7. French president Nicolas Sarkozy, identified as a Mossad Jewish sayan (helper) by the major French newspaper Le Figero, last year awarded ICTS the security contract for the Port of Calais in the North of France. This means that the English Channel cities of Calais and Dover are likely factors in any Israeli false flag plans against Northwest Europe.

Southampton has one of the biggest ports in Northern Europe for shipments to and from the United States. This makes it an ideal place to smuggle, store and finally ship nukes or dirty bombs to U.S. East Coast cities. Details emerging from the dubious Iranian terror plot strongly suggest that the plan to assassinate a Saudi ambassador was concocted not by Mansour J. Arbabsiar, who thought he was overseeing a drug deal, but by the DEA informant working on behalf of the federal government.

“The legal document describing evidence in the case provides multiple indications that it was mainly the result of a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) sting operation,” reports Asia Times’ Gareth Porter.
The document confirms that the assassination plan was “originated with and was strongly pushed by an undercover DEA [Department of Drug Enforcement] informant, at the direction of the FBI”.
Geopolitical experts have almost universally questioned why the highly professional Iranian Quds Force would hire a washed up used care salesman who had a drinking problem and a propensity for hookers to be the “mastermind” behind such a sophisticated operation, and why that operation would take place in the United States when it would be far easier to carry out the assassination in the middle east.
It now appears that Iranian-American patsy Mansour Arbabsiar thought he was merely involved in a drug deal to sell large amounts of opium from Afghanistan, and that the terrorist angle was introduced by “CS-1″ – the DEA informant working on behalf of the FBI.
“On May 24, when Arbabsiar first met with the DEA informant he thought was part of a Mexican drug cartel, it was not to hire a hit squad to kill the ambassador. Rather, there is reason to believe that the main purpose was to arrange a deal to sell large amounts of opium from Afghanistan,” writes Porter.
The legal document fails to list any single example directly attributable to Arbabsiar where he mentions killing the Saudi ambassador.
“Both that language and the absence of any statement attributed to Arbabsiar imply that the Iranian-American said nothing about assassinating the Saudi ambassador except in response to suggestions by the informant, who was already part of an FBI undercover operation,” adds Porter.
Indeed, the record shows that it is the informant who constantly refers to the assassination. When Arbabsiar wired $100,000 dollars to an account in New York in August, he still did so under the impression that the money would be used in connection with the drug deal, the legal document shows.
The DEA informant himself was under pressure to pull off the sting because he had already been charged with a narcotics offense and was posing as a drug cartel operative in return for the charges against him being dropped.
It appears as though the entire plot was, similar to a myriad of previous terror cases, a case of entrapment where the FBI deliberately chooses an individual down on his luck and promises him money and importance, radicalizing him in the process and convincing him to commit criminal activities. Even so, there is no specific example where Arabsiar directly advocates killing the Saudi ambassador.

According to the Department of Justice indictment, an Iranian-American used-car salesman attempted to recruit a Mexican drug cartel to carry out the hit. Other parts of the plan included bombing the Israeli embassy in Washington, as well as the Israeli and Saudi embassies in Argentina. The Iranian was willing to pay the cartel assassins $1.5 million to murder the Saudi ambassador. But the plot came undone when the man representing himself as a cartel operative turned out to be a paid informant of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA). The Iranian, who confessed after his arrest, is now behind bars. Before examining these claims, it’s helpful to remember what we know about the Iranian unit implicated in the indictment: The Quds Force was responsible for the truck bombing the Marine barracks in Beirut. It was behind most of the kidnappings in Lebanon in the 1980s, including that of CIA station chief Bill Buckley. It organized the 1992 and1994 bombings of the Israeli embassy and cultural centers in Buenos Aires, as well as Khobar Towers in Saudi Arabia. And most recently, it undoubtedly was behind the execution of five American soldiers in Karbala, Iraq in 2007. In other words, the Quds Force has been happy to target the United States, Israel, and Saudi Arabia. But why so sloppy in this plot when their track record so clearly reflects a deadly professionalism?

In its 30-year history of attacking the West, the Quds Force went out of its way never to be caught with a smoking gun in hand. It always used well-vetted proxies, invariably Muslim believers devoted to Khomeini’s revolution. And when the operation was particularly sensitive, they gave the job to Lebanon’s militant Shi’ite Hizballah, organization the Iranians themselves had founded and which has an unsurpassed record in political murder. Hizballah has cells all over the world, including in the United States. But the point of it all was that if caught — and they were, more than once — Iran still enjoyed plausible deniability, a commodity in this business worth its weight in gold. So, if this plot was genuine, why didn’t the Iranians use tried and tested Hizballah networks and keep Iranian nationals, much less unknown Mexican narcos, out of it?

A few weeks after the 9/11 attacks, I attended a big holiday dinner with family and friends. Naturally much of the conversation revolved around the terrorist attacks and the rage and sorrow we all felt. There was also considerable discussion about President George W Bush's handling of the catastrophe and his decision to send troops to Afghanistan in pursuit of the perpetrators and to eliminate the Taliban regime that was hosting them.

Everyone at the table approved of the president's actions and believed that there was no alternative. Moreover, and this was somewhat surprising considering that none of us thought Bush had been legitimately elected, we all believed that he was being honest about the situation the United States faced and the options that were before him.

There was, however, one dissenter. My younger son, then in college, was absolutely opposed to going into Afghanistan. He said that there had to be a better way to respond than rushing into a war that, in his opinion, would likely expand and last "forever." Besides, he added, "I don't believe a word that comes out of Bush's mouth."

Naturally a brouhaha ensued with everyone (including me) telling the kid how utterly wrong and unpatriotic he was. There was a lot of yelling, but he would not back down. He just kept saying "you'll see."

Boy did we.

Prodded by his neoconservative advisers and outside cheerleaders eager to pick up where the first Gulf War ended, Bush quickly pivoted from Afghanistan to the calamitous invasion of Iraq. He justified that invasion by insisting that Iraq was implicated in the 9/11 attacks (it wasn't) and that it possessed weapons of mass destruction (it didn't).

Both the Bush administration and its faithful ally, the Tony Blair government in the United Kingdom, famously set out to "fix" the intelligence to deceive the people of both nations into an utterly unnecessary and unjustified war, the main accomplishment of which has been to turn Iraq into, of all things, a strong ally of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Along the way, of course, hundreds of thousands of Americans, Iraqis, Brits and others have died and Iraq has essentially been destroyed.

It is against this backdrop that I view the Iranian plot that was announced earlier this week by the Obama administration. At this point, it is impossible to say how serious the plot was and, more importantly, if it even had anything at all to do with the Iranian government. Are we ready to believe that the cold and calculating people who govern Iran are contracting out assassination plots with Mexican drug traffickers or that they would pick Washington as the best place to attack the Saudi ambassador (knowing that being found responsible for a major explosion in Washington would mean war with the Saudi Arabia and United States)?

This is not to dismiss the plot as phony or contrived. But after the Iraq war experience, it would be awfully stupid of Americans to simply accept without question anything we are told about nefarious Muslim states that must be stopped before a "mushroom cloud" appears over downtown Washington.

The only good news here is that we have past experience to guide us. But for the lies and manufactured evidenced that led us into Iraq we might not have reason to be skeptical about the case the government laid out yesterday and which the usual suspects are already joyously citing as reason to get tough with Iran (as if that country is not under onerous sanctions already). Here is Reuel Mark Gerecht, one of the leading cheerleaders for the invasion of Iraq, warning that the supposed plot justifies a US attack on Iran. "The White House needs to respond militarily to this outrage. If we don't, we are asking for it," he writes. (Not very different from what he wrote in 2002 when he said that "if President Bush follows his own logic and compels his administration to follow him against Iraq and Iran, then he will sow the seeds for a new, safer, more liberal order in the Middle East.")

But for the lies and manufactured evidence that led us into Iraq, we might actually accept the idea that the Iran plot is thoroughly genuine and in no way linked to the determination of so many inside our government and out of it who are hell-bent on war with Iran and who would do anything they can to achieve it.

Fortunately, however, and this may be the only fortunate thing about the Iraq war, the Iraq experience taught us to be skeptical, especially of anything and everything championed by the hawks.

So let's go slowly here. If the plot turns out to be both real and sanctioned by powerful people in Tehran, a strong response of some kind is warranted. But first let's make sure. The neocons' "drop bombs now and ask questions later" approach has been thoroughly discredited. How stupid would we have to be, then, to allow the same gang to lead us into yet another reckless war, one that would be infinitely more deadly?

Count me among the skeptics.

Hollywood writers can do so much better if given the chance. I wish White House officials would outsource the script management job in the government’s “war on terror” industry to trained filmmakers in Hollywood because the stuff they’re coming up with is too ridiculous to believe.

The amateurs who run the White House and CIA have forgotten that truism.

A tyrannical government can insult the intelligence of the people here and there, but it’s foolish to make a pattern of it. White House officials are too arrogant and too overconfident by assuming that the American people won’t see through the ----- That kind of disrespect and disregard for the American people will backfire on them. Shin Bet security service confirms Toulouse gunman spent time in Israel
According to security officials, Mohamed Merah entered Israel after crossing the Allenby Bridge from Jordan in September 2010 where he was investigated by the Shin Bet,

An investigation by Israeli intelligence revealed on Monday that Mohamed Merah, the gunmen responsible for last week’s Toulouse shootings, spent time in Israel and Palestinian territories over a year and a half ago.

According to the Shin Bet, Merah entered Israel after crossing the Allenby Bridge from Jordan in September 2010. He was investigated by the Shin Bet. The investigation did not bring up any suspicious information, and he was allowed to enter the country.

Furthermore, The Shin Bet investigation could not confirm a claim by the French intelligence that Merah was arrested in Israel with a knife.

Merah stayed in Israel for a total of three days, during which it is unknown whether he was involved in any terror-related activity.

Security sources told Haaretz that Merah visited Israel before his stay in Afghanistan or Pakistan, thus there was no information that could indicate whether or not he constituted a security threat.

According to the report, Merah's passport had Israeli stamps in it. The purpose of his visit is unknown. Israeli analysts suspect he was either trying to visit the Palestinian territories or preparing for a terror attack.

However, I won’t rule out the possibility that Merah was actually trained by Israeli forces. Marah may have conducted a false flag operation. By way of deception is, after all, the Mossad’s motto.

The bombshell of the Toulouse attacks give the impression of uniqueness, but France has suffered other terrorist events in recent decades, though far fewer than Israel or United States.

The final gun battle and death of Mohamed Merah – responsible for seven deaths in one week – on Thursday morning was an extraordinary denouement after the 32-hour siege by RAID, the elite police unit specializing in hostage situations. I should really write “The Affair,” as it could be comparable to the Lavon Affair of 1954.

In 1963, prime minister David Ben-Gurion resigned from the government and his party following the scandal raised by the obscure affair of spying and attacks, without casualties, ordered by IDF Military Intelligence in Egypt. Israeli politicians were shaken as never before or since. For an entire decade, “Who gave the order?” was the big question for Israeli politicians, commentators and newspaper headlines. Some argue that the Lavon Affair was the beginning of the end of the Labor Party in power and ultimately led to the rise of the forces of the Right in 1977.

There are other parallels to be drawn, again in Israel: In the 1988 general election, the opposition leader, Shimon Peres, was predicted to win against incumbent prime minister Yitzhak Shamir. The day before the vote a Palestinian terrorist killed a mother and her children, changing the situation altogether and keeping Shamir, the leader of Likud hawks, in power.

Again in 2004, the Madrid train bombings resulted in nearly 191 deaths, three days before the parliamentary election, and cost Spanish prime minister José María Aznar his post.

Mohammed Merah legally owned 8 guns including an Uzi, a pump shotgun and a 45 caliber Colt. To register any gun in France is difficult. To register 8 guns including an Uzi and a pump shotgun if you have 15 convictions as a juvenile would considered to be a Herculean task. To do that after having visited a radical Muslim training camp in Afghanistan and being put on French and American terror watch lists is beyond incredible.

That Mohammed Merah visited Israel in September of 2010 before going to Afghanistan in November is way beyond the limits of credibility. A Palestinian journalist who lives in England knows an English citizen of Pakistani descent who tried to make that same crossing from Jordan into Israeli occupied Palestine was told by a border guard that this country is for white people. She was denied entry but Merah was admitted.

A gun owner knows how much the 8 guns would cost him but then you have to add in the French VAT or sales tax which is brutal. Merah had at least two apartments. Where did he get all that money.

Now lets revisit that timeline. Someone shot a French paratrooper on March 11th

On March 15th someone shot two more French soldiers. All three were in uniform and two were of Muslim descent. Also on March 15th Mohammed Merah was put on a list of 20 potential suspects.

On March 19th someone shot a rabbi and three children in front of a Jewish school.

So the question of the day is why wasn’t Merah picked up and tested for gunshot residue on March 15th? Why weren’t any of his 8 registered guns tested for ballistics matches?

Latest polls indicate that Nicolas Sarkozy’s main opponent in the first round of the presidential race is Francois Hollande. These killings have finally pushed Sarkozy ahead of Hollande in the polls by 1.5% though Marine Le Pen of the National Front might also have benefited. Please note that Sarkozy and Hollande are both Jewish. Marine Le Pen has sided with Israel against the Muslims.

We shall see what happens. Sarkozy is the only candidate who supports the European Union.

French president Nicolas Sarkozy has demanded that TV networks in France refrain from broadcasting video clips of attacks filmed by the gunman who killed seven people.

Mohammed Merah was killed in Toulouse last week after a 30-hour police siege.

The AFP news agency has reported that investigators believe an accomplice sent a montage of footage to Al Jazeera in Paris on Monday.

The police source told AFP the USB memory stick containing the footage, which was sent along with a note claiming the attacks were linked to al Qaeda, had been posted on Wednesday when Merah was already under siege.

"It's a video montage of the various killings set to music and readings from the Koran," said another source.

Mr Sarkozy said the videos should not be shown "under any pretext", as the tearful mother of a dead Muslim victim pleaded for them not to be shown and the family of a Jewish victim said they would take legal action.

"I call on all managers of all channels not to broadcast them under any pretext, out of respect for the victims and respect for the republic," he said in a speech hailing security forces' handling of the crisis
